Our Weekend

This weekend was a great one!  Mainly because Dylan came home.  That made it just wonderful.

Friday, I took Glenda to the dog park for a bit. With Dylan gone, she seemed to have lots more energy than usual.  Her 2 mile run didn't make her tired so it was a doggy park day!

I also watched my friend's kids for a bit.  I love those sweet children!

We I spent an hour and a half putting together a Lego village. 

Dylan was able to get a late flight home on Friday so he got home at midnight! 

Saturday was spent doing absolutely nothing and it was wonderful.  The only thing we left the house for was Chipotle. 

On Sunday we spent the entire day out!  After church, we went to Five Guys for lunch.  We hadn't been there before and it was really good!

We had some time to kill, so we went to REI.  We want to go camping/hiking and there are still things we need to purchase like boots for both of us and a backpack for me.  We found what we liked but we're waiting to buy.  Dylan has gift cards to use at a few different places so once we figure out the best prices, we'll purchase!

We saw Safe House and it was really good!  I jumped an awful lot, but for a boy movie, I liked it!

We ended our day at Walmart.  It wouldn't have been an Edwards' date without going there.  We decided to stop by the entertainment centers and we actually found on we liked!  We ordered it online and it will arrive in a week!  

I like the distressed look of it. 

It wasn't the most exciting weekend but I'm thrilled to have my love back home!
